Dr. Christine Stockmal is a graduate of Michigan State University, class of 1988 and has been with the American Animal Hospital since 1990. Dr. Stockmal is a member of the AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association), the NJVMA (New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association) and AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association). Her philosophy of patient care is as follows: This picture really shows where you can find me most of the time, on the floor with your pets. My practice philosophy is one pf collaboration. I will work together with you to ensure that every pet receives customized care based on their individual needs. I promise to take the time to listen and understand the needs of every pet and their family. I promise to provide the resources, education, and advice to empower families to make the best decisions for their pets. I will provide unwavering support through every step of their healthcare journey, through joyful moments and difficult times.

The Stockmal family currently consists of 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 horse. We enjoy adventure walks with the dogs and mentoring young veterinary students.
