American Animal Hospital Safety Protocols:
As always, the health and safety of our clients, patients, team and our community is a top priority for us at American Animal Hospital. We wanted you to know, we will be continuing our safety and social distancing protocols in adherence to state and local guidelines to help control the spread of COVID-19 and protect everyone in our community.
At this time, we are handling all services through curbside service, including pet drop-offs, pick-ups, and prescription and diet refills during the following hours of operation:
- Monday-Friday: 7:30am-7:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am-2:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
We have also enabled two-way texting to improve our curbside service and offer our clients the ability to easily communicate with us. Upon your arrival for your pet’s appointment, please send a text message to (973) 370-9307 to let us know the following:
- Reason for visit
- Your name and your pet’s name
- Parking space that you are parked in
A staff member will then get back to you as quickly as possible on next steps. If you do not have texting capabilities, please give us a call at (973) 370-9143.
